Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website, published by AGW Bathrooms Ltd. By browsing this site you accept them.

Last updated 1 August 2026

1. About this website

This website is a showroom and information resource for AGW Bathrooms Ltd. It is not an online shop: no prices are published and no orders, payments or bookings can be made through it. All sales are arranged in person at our showroom or by direct enquiry (phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact form).

2. Use of this website

You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes, whether you're a private customer or enquiring on behalf of a trade or commercial business. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.

3. Product information

Product images, descriptions and category information are provided for guidance and are updated periodically, but are not a contractual specification: photography, renders and screen displays can vary from the physical product (colour reproduction and screen calibration in particular), and we reserve the right to correct errors or update a listing at any time without notice. Exact finishes, dimensions and availability are confirmed as part of your order, in the showroom or with a member of the team, and it's that confirmed specification — not the website listing — that governs what we supply.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, layout, product photography and the AGW Bathrooms Ltd name and branding, belongs to AGW Bathrooms Ltd or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may view and download material for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise reuse it, or extract or scrape content from this website by automated means, without our prior written permission.

5. Orders, payment and ownership

Every order is a separate contract, agreed directly with you (in the showroom, by phone, WhatsApp or email) and confirmed in writing before it's treated as final; nothing on this website is itself an offer capable of acceptance. Payment terms are confirmed at the point of order. Ownership of goods passes to you only once we've received payment in full; risk in the goods (responsibility for loss or damage) passes to you on delivery, or on collection if you collect in person.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we make no guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude or limit.

If you are a consumer: nothing here limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that aren't as described, of satisfactory quality, or fit for purpose — that includes the losses that flow directly from a breach of those rights. For anything else, we're only liable for loss or damage that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms; we're not liable for loss you couldn't have expected at the time you ordered.

If you are ordering on behalf of a trade or commercial business: to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss of profit, business, revenue or opportunity; where liability isn't otherwise excluded, our total liability to you is capped at the price you paid for the goods or services in question.

7. Entire agreement

These terms, together with your order confirmation, are the entire agreement between us for that order. For trade and commercial orders only, each of us also acknowledges that we haven't relied on any statement, representation or promise made by the other that isn't set out in writing in these terms or the order confirmation itself, except that nothing here limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. This paragraph doesn't apply to consumer orders: advice given to you in person or by phone remains something you're entitled to rely on.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update this website and these terms from time to time to reflect how we operate; the version published here applies from the date shown below. Changes don't affect an order you've already placed, which remains governed by the terms in force when you placed it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For trade and commercial orders, any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, disputes are also subject to that jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may instead bring proceedings in your local courts.
